How long will it take to deliver the products?
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours. Delivery of your products can occur as quickly as 48 hours from placing the order. We always carry a full range of products in stock but if for any reason there will be a delay due to excess demand we will let you know immediately. Because of the natural ingredients used and because we do not compromise on quality, we will not rush the manufacturing process. In the rare occurrence of a short-term stock shortage we will inform you.
What if the goods are damaged?
This comes under our terms and conditions policy. Simply return the goods within 30 days and we will replace it at no extra charge. If the goods have been damaged in transit we will also reimburse the costs of sending the goods back to us at the standard rates.

Do you deliver overseas?
We supply our products to all parts of the world. The internet greatly facilitates international business and we are only an e-mail away! We have a distribution centre in America and one in England.
What are the shipping and postage costs?
We have tried to keep the shipping charges to a minimum and hope you find that they are very reasonable.
To check the postage cost of your order, simply add items to your cart that you are interested in.
Then you will be taken to a page where you need to enter your address details. Once you have done this the shopping cart will work out the postage cost for you. It will do this for you before checkout. So you will see exactly what the total charge will be.
You will see that our postage costs are very reasonable and we do not overcharge for this.
