How long will it take to deliver the products?
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours. Delivery of your products can occur as quickly as 48 hours from placing the order. We always carry a full range of products in stock but if for any reason there will be a delay due to excess demand we will let you know immediately.
Because of the natural ingredients used and because we do not compromise on quality, we will not rush the manufacturing process. In the rare occurrence of a short-term stock shortage, we will inform you.
If you are not in when delivery is attempted by your local postal service, they will either leave the package in your chosen safe place, or they will leave a card informing you of the attempted delivery. You can then either collect the package at your convenience or you can rearrange another delivery by them.
Is it safe to order goods on the internet?
Yes - this website is secure. Our website uses the latest computer encryption technology which easily surpasses all of the recommended security guidelines. In fact, the whole of our website is secure from the moment you first arrive.
You will see that every page on our website starts with the letters https:// The letter s in https:// is the important part. It stands for the word "secure".

No personal data of yours is stored online or in the "cloud"
What this means is that none of your personal data is able to be seen or intercepted by anyone across the internet when you are using our website. Your personal details are safe and your payment information is safe. NONE of this information or any other information about you is stored in the cloud. We do not allow this to occur and so the information is not available anywhere online for hackers to try to exploit.
Your packages will arrive safely

What if the goods are damaged?
This comes under our terms and conditions policy. Simply return the goods within 30 days and we will replace it at no extra charge. If the goods have been damaged in transit we will also reimburse the costs of sending the goods back to us at the standard rates.

Do you deliver overseas?
We supply our products to all parts of the world. The internet greatly facilitates international business and we are only an e-mail away! We have a distribution centre in America and one in England.
We occasionally, stop shipping to a certain country due to circumstances beyond our control, such as war or postal strikes etc. However, we have no such problems with the vast majority of countries and we ship daily to UK, USA, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada etc.
What are the shipping and postage costs?
We keep the shipping charges to a minimum and hope you find that they are very reasonable.
To check the postage cost of your order, simply add items to your cart that you are interested in.
Then you will be taken to a page where you need to enter your address details. Once you have done this the shopping cart will work out the postage cost for you. It will do this for you before checkout. So you will see exactly what the total charge will be.
You will see that our postage costs are very reasonable and we do not overcharge for this and make zero profit on delivery costs. We can ship parcels domestically for as little as £2.95 and worldwide for as little as £5.50
Do you do special delivery and/or insurance?
If this is something you really need, then Yes we can arrange this for you. Most of our packages are sent using a country's own postal system such as Royal Mail or United States Postal Service. If packages are extra large we will organise a courier for you. Please contact us by e-mail, fax or phone and we will carry out your special shipping requirements if required.
