We welcome contact with our customers. If you have any questions about our products or health matters we will gladly try to answer them. You can be assured of our best attention at all times.
We suggest you also do your own research and become as educated as you want to be in the field of natural health improvement. There are many good books available and many articles on the internet.

How can I contact you?
The fastest way to contact us is by e-mail. But please write, phone or fax at any time and we will assist you. We have tried to keep the design of our website as simple as possible and our contact details can easily be found by clicking on our "contact us" page.
How long will it take for you to reply?
We aim to reply to all e-mails within a few hours so that you are not waiting too long for an answer. We believe it is important to give you the information you need as fast as possible. We do not hide the fact that we want you as a long-term customer. We are very confident in the quality of our products and hopefully you will give us a try.
If you need an urgent answer to something, we suggest that you phone.
Can I contact you by phone?
By all means. We only suggest e-mail where possible because it allows us to operate more efficiently and so keep our costs as low as possible. But, if you need to speak to someone about something then please give us a call.
Will you give advice whilst I am on one of your programs?
Sometimes you may have a number of questions over a period of time whilst doing one of our programs. Please don't hesitate in contacting us whenever necessary. We want you to do well and to achieve optimum health. We have designed our programs to be as simple as possible but sometimes questions do arise. Just give us a call.
Do you have a regular newsletter?
We do produce a newsletter which is sent out several times each month. We have a wealth of information to share with our customers but at the same time we do not wish to bombard them with too much. It is easy to get fed up receiving e-mails on a daily basis and these often get discarded and remain unread.
Our research suggests that a brief but interesting and hopefully useful newsletter sent out a couple of times each month is what most people prefer. Let us know if you think otherwise.
