Here is what I ate on this day:
Breakfast
a small bowl of muesli
two scrambled egg whites & herbs a small slice of wholemeal bread a cup of herb tea two capsules of slimming formula
Mid-morning
a banana
cup of herbal tea glass of water
Lunch
small tin of tuna
mixed salad of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, green peppers a few chopped up nuts and raisins tall glass of filtered water two capsules of slimming formula
Mid-afternoon
a tall glass of Lean
Protein Plus mixed with filtered water and rice milk
Evening meal (see picture above)
two vegetable burgers, two small potatoes topped
with a little marmite
steamed carrots, fennel and courgettes a tall glass of Lean Protein Plus mixed with filtered water and rice milk
Late snack (if necessary)
none
Other
During the day I also drank a few other glasses of water
Exercise - 30 minutes (I try to make as many food items as possible organic. Complete details on the diet and all exercise secrets, are contained in the soon to be released program.) < See the previous day See the next day > |

I could easily have missed doing some exercise today. I didn't feel like doing much as work was a bit tiring. However, I forced myself to do some. Just half an hour. It made all the difference. Self determination is important and doing some exercise, especially when I didn't really feel like it felt great afterwards."
Tip - "Even when you don't always feel like doing something, such as exercise etc., you will reap the rewards when you make yourself do some."
