I went food shopping again today and it's funny how this has changed over the last month. At fist I thought it would be hard finding the right foods to eat. (Perhaps that's because I rarely did the food shopping). After going shopping a few times I soon became aware of all the different foods available and what to look for on the labels. Usually, I don't even have to look on the labels to know what is good and what isn't. But before buying anything new I do double check the labels to be sure. Some packaging is a bit misleading so you have to be a little careful."
Tip - "When buying fruit and vegetable juices, avoid ones which say "made from concentrate" or similar wording. This is not the best type to buy. Try to get fresh juices made from real fruit and vegetables."
