Here is what I ate on this day:
Breakfast
2 scrambled egg whites and mixed fresh herbs to taste
a small slice of wholemeal bread with cottage cheese no capsules of slimming formula
Mid-morning
a glass of 50% apple juice and 50% filtered
water
mixed with a heaped teaspoon of superfood cup of herbal tea
Lunch
a grilled mackerel fillet, some fresh lemon
juice,
fresh parsley and tarragon herb, a small salad, of spinach leaves, mixed salad leaves, finely chopped walnuts, tomatoes and cucumber a cup of herb tea no capsules of slimming formula
Mid-afternoon
a tall glass of Lean
Protein Plus mixed
with filtered water & a little soya milk
Evening meal (see picture above)
vegetable stew, including carrots, sweet potato, turnips,
artichoke, green beans, onions, mushroom, tomato, with added tomato puree sauce, herb salt and garlic a vegetarian nut burger, some spinach leaves and cottage cheese a cup of herb tea
Late snack (if necessary)
none
Other
During the day I also drank a few other glasses of water

People tell me that some diets are hard to stick to but I found this particular program very easy to stick to. In my opinion it seems to be a very healthy, sensible and effective program. See some of the days foods I have eaten for yourself. Nothing quirky or fad about it. An interesting phenomena I have encountered is that I actually feel less inclined to eat junk food. This is not just a weight loss benefit but also a health one."
Tip - "Try to keep some healthy snacks at home and in the workplace at all times if you can. Then you will be less likely to eat fast food junk."
