A lot of people don't realise that muscle is much denser than fat. If a person loses a few pounds of fat and gains a few pounds of muscle their weight will not change. However their body will be much healthier and more toned. It will also be much slimmer as muscle takes up less room than fat and clothes will fit much better. I mention this because I think I have probably lost a few more pounds of fat than I realise and gained a few pounds of muscle, as well as the weight loss I mentioned."
Tip - "When you start a weight loss program, pay attention to your fat percentage, not just your weight. A simple set of fat measuring callipers can be bought for about £20 or $30."
