Here is what I ate on this day:
Breakfast
2 scrambled egg whites and cottage cheese on
toast
(toast is two small slices of wholemeal bread) two capsules of slimming formula
Mid-morning
a glass of 50% apple juice and 50% filtered
water
mixed with a heaped teaspoon of superfood an apple
Lunch
a small tin of pilchards and a small tin of
sardines
some steamed vegetables, including, courgettes, carrots, broccoli and mushrooms, topped with a few teaspoons of superfood salad paste (click here) tall glass of filtered water two capsules of slimming formula
Mid-afternoon
a banana and a small handful of nuts and raisins
a cup of herb tea
Evening meal (see picture above)
a home-made chicken curry, made from a chicken
breast, diced up
and fried in a little olive oil with some garlic, herbs, onions and tomato, then this simmered in a curry sauce for 10 minutes. some stir fried vegetables including courgettes, carrots and green pepper a cup of herb tea
Late snack (if necessary)
none
Other
During the day I also drank a few other glasses of water

I have found that it has been very convenient for me to take the company's protein and superfood drinks. They have enabled me to make sure I get all of the nutrition I need when working and I think have helped to reduce my cravings for certain foods. I believe that the program is right when it says that people often overeat when they don't get sufficient nutrition from the foods they have eaten."
