Day 20 - (26th July 2003)

Some comments from Colin's diary:
"Good steady progress. I weighed myself for the first time in a little while and I have lost a few more pounds. I am pleased with the results so far. I would highly recommend taking superfood at least once per day. It seems to control food cravings by supplying high quality nutrition.
Once again I had a meal in a restaurant this evening. The main thing I had to remeber was not to have any rice or naan bread. There are enough carbohydrates in the rest of the food I was going to eat."

Tip - "Make sure you drink enough liquids when on a weight loss program. This helps to keep your body functions working properly and helps the body efficiently remove toxins."

Here is what I ate on this day:
Breakfast
2 scrambled egg whites and mixed fresh herbs to taste
a small bowl of muesli with rice milk
a glass of filtered water
two capsules of slimming formula
Mid-morning
a glass of 50% apple juice and 50% filtered water
mixed with a heaped teaspoon of superfood
cup of herbal tea
Lunch
a grilled chicken breast
mixed salad of green beans, tomatoes, spring onion
lettuce, spinach leaves and cucumber
tall glass of filtered water
two capsules of slimming formula
Mid-afternoon
an apple
a cup of herb tea
Evening meal (see picture above)
restaurant - chicken korma, cauliflower bhaji,
spinach bhaji, vegetable curry, no rice, no naan bread
two small bottles of lager
a glass of water
Late snack (if necessary)
none
Other
During the day I also drank a few other glasses of water
Exercise - 20 minutes
