Day 2 - (8th July 2003)

Some comments from Colin's diary:
"It is a great feeling to know that I am on a weight loss program that I feel good about. I noticed immediately both yesterday and today that this is not just another fad diet. It is based on sound nutritional advice that is geared towards permanent weight loss. I hope you have noticed that the food portions are well spread out during the day. I also realised that I had been drinking too much tea and coffee and I now mainly have water and herb teas."

Tip - "Try not to have all of your food in the evening. Spread your food out across the whole day and don't eat too late at night."
Here's a picture of this evening's meal (see below for the full day's food):

Here is what I ate on this day:
Breakfast
bowl of muesli & rice milk
half a glass of apple juice with a
heaped teaspoon of superfood mixed in
a glass of filtered water
one capsule of slimming formula
Mid-morning

cup of herbal tea
Lunch
ham & cheese sandwich
on wholemeal bread
one capsule of slimming formula
Mid-afternoon
small tin of sardines in tomato sauce
a glass of filtered water

one smoked mackerel with peppercorns
large tablespoon of cottage cheese
3 slices of green pepper
3 cherry tomatoes
a handful of spinach leaves
3 long green beans
half a small avocado

cup of herb tea
half a glass of apple juice (not from concentrate)

(Note - there was no need for oil or salad dressing. The
whole meal had enough moisture and flavouring not to need
 anything else!)
Late snack (if necessary)

Other
During the day I also drank a few other glasses of water
Exercise - 20 minutes

(I try to make as many food items as possible organic.
Complete details on the diet and all exercise secrets,
are contained in the soon to be released program.)
