Day 19 - (25th July 2003)

Some comments from Colin's diary:
"I didn't feel hungry at all today. I also recall whilst doing some shopping earlier today that there were some cakes in a shop window and I actually felt put off them. Probably because I have been eating quite healthily for a few weeks, the thought of eating a large sugary cream cake was actually a bit repulsive to me. It's funny how this has changed. The thought of eating all that junk made me feel a bit sick.
I have decided that when I next have something like that I am going to make sure it is a quality treat with real cream and not some artificial garbage. "

Tip - "Deliberately buy a quality "treat" for yourself once a week or so. Don't go overboard, but don't think you can't have a "treat" once in a while."

Here is what I ate on this day:
Breakfast
a glass of 50% apple juice and 50% filtered water
mixed with a heaped teaspoon of superfood
two capsules of slimming formula
Mid-morning
an apple and some plums
cup of herbal tea
Lunch
a few organic beef sausages
a poached egg, some stir-fried tomatoes and courgettes
some cottage cheese and a few sprouted seeds & beans
tall glass of filtered water
two capsules of slimming formula
Mid-afternoon
a tall glass of Lean Protein Plus mixed
with filtered water and rice milk
Evening meal (see picture above)
a bowl of organic chicken soup
two slices of wholemeal toast with cottage cheese topping
a little lettuce, spinach leaves and radish
Late snack (if necessary)
none
Other
During the day I also drank a few other glasses of water
Exercise - 20 minutes
