Here's a picture of this evening's meal (see below for the full day's food):

Here is what I ate on this day:
Breakfast
3 scrambled egg whites and a little grated cheese
a glass of filtered water two capsules of slimming formula
Mid-morning
a glass of 50% apple juice and 50% filtered
water
mixed with a heaped teaspoon of superfood cup of herbal tea
Lunch
a venison burger with mixed salad leaves,
tomatoes, green beans, green pepper and a small chunk of chopped up fresh ginger with a squirt of supertonic over the top a tall glass of filtered water two capsules of slimming formula
Mid-afternoon
a small bowl of nutty muesli with rice milk
a glass of filtered water
Evening meal (see picture above)
a pack of tofu, chopped into chunks and gently
fried in
some olive oil with added garlic, tomato and onion a portion of vegetable curry sauce and some steamed courgettes a bowl of mushroom soup
Late snack (if necessary)
none
Other
During the day I also drank a few other glasses of water
