Day 18 - (24th July 2003)

Some comments from Colin's diary:
"Today went fine as usual but I did feel hungry in the afternoon for some reason. I had a protein drink and that handled it. I remember when drinking it that I would have a home-made curry when I got home from work. It is nice knowing that there are many tasty foods you can eat whilst on this program."

Tip - "Try to focus on what you can eat and not on what you can't. This should help."

Here is what I ate on this day:
Breakfast
3 scrambled egg whites and a little grated cheese
a glass of filtered water
two capsules of slimming formula
Mid-morning
a glass of 50% apple juice and 50% filtered water
mixed with a heaped teaspoon of superfood
cup of herbal tea
Lunch
a venison burger with mixed salad leaves,
tomatoes, green beans, green pepper and a
small chunk of chopped up fresh ginger with
a squirt of supertonic over the top
a tall glass of filtered water
two capsules of slimming formula
Mid-afternoon
a small bowl of nutty muesli with rice milk
a glass of filtered water
Evening meal (see picture above)
a pack of tofu, chopped into chunks and gently fried in
some olive oil with added garlic, tomato and onion
a portion of vegetable curry sauce and some
steamed courgettes
a bowl of mushroom soup
Late snack (if necessary)
none
Other
During the day I also drank a few other glasses of water
Exercise - 25 minutes
