Day 15 - (21st July 2003)

Some comments from Colin's diary:
"As part of the program you are encouraged to do some exercise. This can vary from very basic such as walking all of the way up to intensive gym work. In this way the program is able to meet the requirements of complete beginners all the way to advanced athletes. The program goes into this in some depth and it contains examples and details for all levels of ability or fitness.
There is a very clever quota system which lets you easily calculate what you need to do for your particular level of fitness etc."

Tip - "Some diets suggest that you can lose weight without any exercise. Strictly speaking this is true, but you will also lose muscle mass and your energy will fall. You do need to do some exercise, even if it is as simple as walking the dog."
