Day 12 - (18th July 2003)

Some comments from Colin's diary:
"I had a phone call today from a vegetarian who was asking whether this weight loss program could be done by a vegetarian. Of course, I told her yes. It is true, you don't have to eat meat or fish to do the program. The program contains a whole section on how vegetarian should implement the program. One of the keys for a vegetarian is ensuring that they get sufficient protein."

Tip - "If you like breakfast cereals and muesli, choose a brand which has the lowest amount of sugar and the lowest carbohydrate percentage. "
