Day 10 - (16th July 2003)

Some comments from Colin's diary:
"I am now a third of the way through the 30 day program. What I have realised is that the principles of the program would benefit anyone, whether they want to do something for a few days, a week, a month or even longer. Once the key principles are understood, which is simple, the person should be able to continue as long as they want to.
I myself started to notice a slight difference within just a few days. My energy levels seemed to increase and now 10 days into the program I certainly have no thoughts about stopping."

Tip - "Try to cut down on one particular food first. This will give you the confidence and knowledge that following the program is not difficult."

Here is what I ate on this day:
Breakfast
3 scrambled egg whites and mixed fresh herbs to taste
a small bowl of porridge
a glass of water
two capsules of slimming formula
Mid-morning
a banana
a cup of herbal tea
Lunch
a tuna salad consisting of a small tin of tuna,
lettuce, sprouts, tomatoes, spring onion and
a few chopped up nuts and raisins
a glass of water
three superfood capsules
two capsules of slimming formula
Mid-afternoon
a glass of Lean Protein Plus mixed
with filtered water
Evening meal (see picture above)
a portion of lean, very low fat Turkey mince, gently
fried in a little olive oil with a clove of garlic and half
a small onion until cooked.
a vegetable pasta sauce mix was added when the turkey
had browned and the whole lot simmered for 10 minutes.
wholemeal pasta shells cooked in boiling water
fresh spinach leaves and a topping of cottage cheese
a glass of filtered water
Late snack (if necessary)
none
Other
During the day I also drank a few other glasses of water
Exercise - 22 minutes
