Here is what I ate on this day:
Breakfast
3 scrambled egg whites and mixed fresh herbs
to taste
a small bowl of porridge a glass of water two capsules of slimming formula
Mid-morning
a banana
a cup of herbal tea
Lunch
a tuna salad consisting of a small tin of tuna,
lettuce, sprouts, tomatoes, spring onion and a few chopped up nuts and raisins a glass of water three superfood capsules two capsules of slimming formula
Mid-afternoon
a glass of Lean
Protein Plus mixed
with filtered water
Evening meal (see picture above)
a portion of lean, very low fat Turkey mince,
gently
fried in a little olive oil with a clove of garlic and half a small onion until cooked. a vegetable pasta sauce mix was added when the turkey had browned and the whole lot simmered for 10 minutes. wholemeal pasta shells cooked in boiling water fresh spinach leaves and a topping of cottage cheese a glass of filtered water

During the day I also drank a few other glasses of water
