2) YOUR DIGESTIVE SYSTEM!
A healthy digestive system is essential for a healthy body.
The reasons for this are quite simple, and are demonstrated
by the car analogy. Think of your body as a car. For the car
to run, fuel is required on a daily basis. Without fuel your
car would just not run. If you used cheap low quality fuel,
your car's engine, pipes, valves and systems would deteriorate
and contribute to the car not running or running poorly. Quite
frankly, your car also needs good quality air and oil filters
and an efficient exhaust system. To put it bluntly, the same
can be said of your body.
Your fuel is food. Or rather your fuel is food effectively
broken down and absorbed by the body. If your digestive system
is clogged, slow and not functioning properly you will not
digest and absorb the nutrients needed for the efficient running
of your body. This would affect EVERY organ in your entire
body.
All of the energy that you need to function is obtained from
one source, THE FOOD YOUR BODY ABSORBS. So if your diet is
lacking in needed nutrients or your body can't absorb them
properly, your body's health will suffer.
Then there is the factor of you keeping your bowels clean
and free of toxic build-ups. You would be amazed at what toxins
and waste build up in the digestive system. If you don't cleanse
and detoxify the digestive system, the rest of your body's
organs can not remove their waste as effectively. Blockage
results.
A continual build-up of toxins, having no where to go, are
reabsorbed into your body and stored. The result is fatigue,
bad body odour, dull eyes and skin, poor functioning of other
organs and many other unhealthy conditions. If you eat a perfectly
balanced meal full of nutrients but your intestines are not
functioning properly then you will not absorb the nutrients
you need.
You can have the best oil in the world in your engine but
if the spark plugs and exhaust system is clogged the car will
not run properly. Absorption of nutrients is essential and
a healthy intestine and colon free of faecal residue, is a
key part of the digestive system.
The digestive system is both the absorber of nutrients and
the channel for removal of waste. So if either of those two
functions are not happening - problems will result. Any problems
with digestion or the colon are best addressed, by a thorough
detox program. A correct program will clear the digestive
system of accumulated toxins and waste.
A diet of high fibre foods such as fresh fruit and vegetables
is of primary importance. Not only are these foods high in
needed vitamins and minerals, but they also help keep the
intestines clean.
An important point to remember is to maintain a high level
of water intake. Approximately ten glasses of water a day
are needed. This means water and not tea, coffee or soft drinks.
Water is a vital part of the bodies elimination and detoxification

3) THE ORGANIC DETOX 1 & 2 PROGRAM.
Detoxification of the body is vital to a healthy and energetic
life.
Waste and toxins accumulate in the intestines and prevent
proper functioning of the whole body.
Our Detox 1 & 2 program will clean out your digestive system,
removing old faecal matter trapped in bowel pockets and coating
the walls of your system. It is VERY important to drink at
least 8 to 10 glasses of water a day whilst on the detox program,
especially the second stage as this will make the system work
more effectively.
Our Detox program is easy to follow and does not require any
change in your routines. You however will notice some changes!
The Detox Program is divided into two parts.
Detox 1:
Contrary to many opinions, one bowel movement a day is not
enough! You should pass faecal matter at least 2 to 3 times
a day,(approximately one movement for each meal eaten)! Stage
1 of the detox gets your movements more regular and gets the
digestive muscles working.
Stage 1 consists of a stimulating formula which is both cleansing,
healing and strengthening to the entire system. It works by
stimulating your peristaltic action (the muscular movements)
and over time strengthens the muscles.
Detox 2:
Once you are more frequent with your movements you start Detox
2: Detox 2's formula is a strong purifier and cleanser. This
formula can draw old faecal matter off the walls of your system.
Its absorbent properties will help soften old hardened faecal
matter for easy removal.
Detox 2 can help to remove poisons, toxins, parasites and
heavy metals such as mercury and lead. There are numerous
ingredients but one of the ingredients of Detox 2 is psyllium.
Psyllium husks and psyllium seeds, contain a fibre called
mucilage. Mucilage absorbs a great deal of fluid in the gut,
the seeds swell and add bulk to the stool. The bulk presses
on the walls of the digestive system, inducing the muscles
to contract and the stool is passed.
It is very important to drink at least ten full glasses of
water a day, or the digestive track will become blocked and
uncomfortable. Psyllium also removes the sticky mucus and
toxins from the system. They reduce acidity and increase urine
flow.
