1) HELP CONTROL YOUR FOOD CRAVINGS WITH CRAVE-BREAKER
Trying to lose weight can be difficult. In fact one of the hardest things
about being on a diet is not being able to stick to it! Usually what happens
is that we start off with good intentions and stick to the diet for a
day or two but then we often start to crave certain foods.
Unfortunately, many of these foods can be high in calories, fat or sugar.
Sometimes this might just be a temporary craving but it can quickly become
a problem and may lead to the diet being broken.
Once the diet is broken it is so much harder to get back onto it
and feelings of guilt often arise which can result in us saying "Oh well,
I have broken my diet, now I may as well eat some more", etc... By the
way we do not advocate crash diets. These can seriously upset the body's
metabolism and force the metabolic rate and energy levels to reduce. This
makes losing weight even harder.
One should always try to lose weight gradually over a period of
time. Then the body is not shocked and the weight loss can be more easily
achieved. There are many reasons why we get cravings, some are psychological,
some due to reduced blood sugar levels and others due to lack of energy
and a nutritionally deficient diet.
If your body lacks certain key nutrients it will secrete hormones to try
to stimulate the need to eat more food. This can cause these cravings.
In other words if your body 'thinks' it needs some food it will tell you.
Unfortunately one tends to grab the nearest convenient snack which can
be full of calories and so quite fattening.
If you eat junk food the body will demand more food just so that it gets
the basic nutrients it needs. Unfortunately, the volume of food eaten
will increase leading to more calories and weight gain. This is why we
created Crave-Breaker during 16 months of research and development.
Eating a sensible diet, with lots of fruit, vegetables and fibre and taking
Crave-Breaker when you are hungry will give you an excellent foundation
for you to stick to your chosen diet.
Crave-Breaker is a specially created blend of herbs in a
liquid extract form which are designed to promote good energy levels and
to balance the body's requirements and so help to eliminate cravings.
This helps you to keep to a well-balanced diet and so helps in a weight
loss or weight maintenance program.

2) MICROWAVES - THE SILENT KILLER : PART 2
The following article gets a bit technical in parts but unfortunately
there is no other way to convey the evidence surrounding the apparent
dangers of microwaves:
"Microwave cooking ovens were originally researched and developed by German
scientists to support mobile operations during the invasion of the Soviet
Union. Had they perfected electronic equipment to prepare meals on a massive
scale, the Nazis could have eliminated the logistical problems connected
with cooking fuels while producing edible products in far less time than
they could using traditional campfires.
After the war, the Allies discovered the medical research and documentation
concerning these apparatuses. The papers and experimental microwave equipment
were transferred to the US War Department and classified for reference
and scientific investigation. The Soviet Union also retrieved some of
the devices and began to experiment on them separately.
The Russians - who have done the most diligent research into the biological
effects of microwave ovens - have outlawed their use and issued an international
warning about the biological and environmental damage that can result
from the use of this and similar-frequency electronic apparatus.
The most significant German research concerned with the biological effects
of microwaves was done at the Humbolt-Universitat zu Berlin in 1942-43,
during the Barbarossa military campaign. Beginning in 1957 and continuing
up to the present, Russian studies in the field have been conducted at
the Institute of Radio Technology.
In most research, the foods were exposed to microwave propagation at an
energy potential of 100 kilowatts per cubic centimetre per second, to
the point considered acceptable for sanitary, normal ingestion.
1. Microwaved Foods Cause Tumors
The following effects have been observed when foods are subject to microwave
emissions. * Effects on the foods themselves
Meats:
Heating prepared meats sufficiently to ensure sanitary ingestion creates
d-nitrosodiethanolamine, a well know cancer-causing agent.
Proteins:
Active-protein, biomolecular compounds are destabilised. Increase in radioactivity:
A "binding effect" between the microwaved food and any atmospheric radioactivity
is created, causing a marked increase in the amount of alpha and beta
particle saturation in the food.
Milk and cereals:
Cancer-causing agents are created in the protein-hydrolysate compounds
in milk and cereal grains.
Frozen foods:
Microwaves used to thaw frozen foods alter the catabolism (breakdown)
of the glucoside and galactoside elements.
* Resulting effects on the human body Digestive system:
The unstable catabolism of microwaved food alters their elemental food
substances, causing disorders in the digestive system. These are:
Lymphatic system:
Due to chemical alterations within food substances, malfunctions occur
in the lymphatic system, causing a degeneration of the body's ability
to protect itself against certain forms of neoplastics (cancerous growths).
Free radicals:
Certain trace-mineral molecular formations in plant substances (in particular,
raw root vegetables) form cancer-causing free radicals. Increased incidence
of stomach and intestinal cancers: A statistically higher percentage of
cancerous growths result in these organs, plus a generalised breakdown
of the peripheral cellular tissues and a gradual degeneration of digestive
and excretory functions.
2. Microwaves Reduce Food Value
Microwave exposure caused significant decreases in the nutritional value
of all foods studied. The following are the most important findings to
date.
* Vitamins and minerals made useless:
In every food tested, the bioavailability of the following vital nutrients
decreased: vitamin B complex, vitamins C and E, essential minerals and
lipotropics.
* Vital energy fields devastated:
The vital energy field content of all tested foods dropped 60-90%. Digestibility
of fruits and vegetables reduced: Microwaving lowers the metabolic behaviour
and integration-process capability of alkaloids, glucosides, alactosides
and nitrilosides.
* Meat proteins worthless:
It destroys the nutritional value of nucleoproteins in meats. All foods
damaged: It greatly accelerates the structural disintegration of all foods
tested.

3) GINKGO BILOBA
The Ginkgo tree, native to China, grows to almost 100ft (30m). This large
deciduous conifer can often be found in Parks and National Gardens. The
easily recognisable leaves are regularly used in art and design.
Ginkgo's most well know and widely publicised use is for improving blood
flow through the brain. it is used in treating all forms of cerebral insufficiency,
including short-term memory loss, dizziness, Alzheimers disease, tinnitus
(a ringing, hissing, or booming sensation in one or both ears ), vertigo
and increasing and strengthening memory. But Ginkgo also seems to boost
blood flow into all parts of the body.
Poor circulation, thrombosis, varicose veins, cramp, white finger and
spontaneous bruising are all treated with Ginkgo Biloba as Ginkgo strengthens
blood vessels Ginkgo is an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. It is a
good herb to try in any condition that includes pain and itching. In Japan
the seeds of the Ginkgo tree are served at cocktail parties to prevent
drunkenness and hangovers!

4) TAKE A WALK
The stress of work and life often overtakes us. We can feel tired and
exhausted. In working at our jobs are attention becomes fixed on what
we are doing. In work ones attention becomes riveted on objects with are
only a few feet from you.
Like your computer, or phone, or documents on your desk. We leave work
and we are still thinking only about our job, our desk, our office. We
come home stressed and tired.
There is a simple action one can take to get rid of exhaustion, relieve
your stress and to extravert from those anxieties and fixed attentions.
It is almost laughable in its simplicity, but try it and see what you
think!
Take a walk!
No matter if the thought of doing it is almost too much, go out and walk
around your block, neighbourhood, down your road. Walk around and most
importantly look at things!
Notice the houses, the gardens, the trees, the cars. Put your attention
out, extravert from your job. Walk until you feel better and more alert.
You may find at first you become a little brighter and then become very
much more tired. Don't stop at this point but keep going with your walk
and you will "walk off" your exhaustion.
The important factor is unfixing your attention and mind from your
area of stress or work, by looking out at what is around you! You should
walk until you feel brighter and restful.
The walk should last between 5 and 30 minutes. Once again, don't forget
to look around and try to get your attention out away from yourself onto
what you see around you.
Often when you least feel like going for a walk in this way is when you
should do it! It works wonders!
Try it and see!
